In order to cancel your order please go into your digital wardrobe and select ME -> RESELL -> ORDERS -> SOLD and then click cancel order. Once the order has been cancelled please message the buyer explaining why the item could not be shipped.

The shipping fee is always paid for by the buyer. The shipping fee is added to the items total price on the marketplace. Since it’s a swap both parties pay for shipping, you pay for the item you are sending and the user you are swapping with does the same!
