A pending balance indicates that your transaction with a buyer/seller has not been completed. Once the transaction is completed and the buyer receives their item all funds are released into your LOOP WALLET.

The shipping fee is always paid for by the buyer. The shipping fee is added to the items total price on the marketplace. Since it’s a swap both parties pay for shipping, you pay for the item you are sending and the user you are swapping with does the same!

An item which has been previously worn yet is very well maintained. The item may show minimal signs of wear, and any defect must be mentioned in the description.

1. BUILD YOUR PROFILE: In order to sell items on LOOP you must first build a trusted profile, this includes uploading a profile picture, adding your location, verifying your account and connecting your bank account or PayPal to your LOOP wallet.

3. LIST YOUR ITEMS: List your items, this can be done either manually or by simply clicking “RESELL” on an item already in your digital wardrobe. In order to sell items faster make sure you add a few clear pictures of the item, we recommend downloading an app which removes the background around your item. Once pictures of the item are added make sure to add a description, be specific and honest when describing the listed item.

4. WAIT FOR BUYERS: To help your item sell faster we recommend using LOOP BUMP, which ensures your item reaches as many people as possible for the next 7 days. Once a buyer contacts you, make sure to respond quickly and click our MAKE AN OFFER button to change the price of your listing.

5. ONCE ITS SOLD: Once you sell your item make sure to ship it to the buyer as soon as possible. Pack the item correctly and ship your item within the next 5 working days. Add all shipping details to LOOP once sold in order to track the package.

6. DELIVERED: Once your transaction has been complete, please rate your experience with the buyer and give them a rating. Once that is complete your funds will be released and can be found in your LOOP WALLET.

Buying an item on LOOP is simple, simply find an item you like on LOOP marketplace by adjusting the filters at the top of the screen. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase click the BUY button, we recommend messaging the seller before purchasing an item to make sure it is still available and that the seller can ship it. Once you have bought the item the seller will ship the package to you within 5 working days.

In order to pay out your earnings you must wait for a transaction with a LOOP user to be fully complete. Once a transaction is complete funds are then released into your LOOP WALLET where they can later be transferred to your bank account/ paypal.

Find what you are looking for by using filters such as category, colour and size at the top of the screen. If you are searching for a specific item simply use the search bar and enter what you are looking for, the search may be as simple as “Jeans” or as specific as “Red Missguided leather pants”.

DISCOVER PRODUCTS: If you simply what to see what is out there, go to Discover -> products in order to find items recommended just for you based on your past activity.

In order to cancel your order please go into your digital wardrobe and select ME -> RESELL -> ORDERS -> SOLD and then click cancel order. Once the order has been cancelled please message the buyer explaining why the item could not be shipped.

With micro donations you can send money directly to your chosen charity via the LOOP app, simply find your chosen charities LOOP page, click on the donate button and enter the amount you wish to send to charity!

With LOOP each charity has their own digital store, meaning that when you wish to donate clothes to charity, they appear on the charities LOOP page. Once your product gets sold you simply send it to the buyer instead of the charity.

If you simply want to donate money to charity go on the charities LOOP account and find the micro donation section where you can send money directly to your chosen UK charity.

Upcycling brings your old, ruined clothes back to life. LOOP has partnered with Upcycle Labs to turn your used clothes into home décor. The upcycled home décor is then available to purchase once the upcycling process is complete!
